Friday night I had the chance to hang out with Mr. Ganyao Fairtex. Ganyao is the head trainer at Fairtex and has been notorious for teaching great muay thai, but is most famous for his apperance on the Ultimate Fighter. Despite his tough exterior and serious face, he is a warm hearted person and funny man that likes to play jokes on you. It was his birthday on a rainy night and we had Japanese hot pot aka Shabu Shabu. I wasnt expecting it to be as delicious as it was. I was happy to meet all the other fighters and members that have been at Fairtex for years. It was a night of good times, non stop shots of Sake and other things I will leave out.
